Job Description
Job Summary:
- The Associate Product Manager (APM) will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end order management and processing for HS product categories (REF, WM, Cooking, DW) within LGEAF. This role ensures accurate SP schedule handling, timely issuance of Proforma Invoices (PI) and Purchase Orders (PO), and proper allocation of freight costs and pricing. The APM will collaborate with factories, internal teams, and external partners to maintain operational efficiency and data integrity while supporting strategic product management objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Management
- Ensure 100% receipt and accurate processing of SP schedules within the monthly reporting cycle for non-NPI models.
- Maintain an updated and accurate order management sheet with key details (ETD, PI, PO, RSD Week, Closed Orders).
- Guarantee precise allocation of freight costs, product pricing, and other necessary details for PI processing across all branches.
Order Processing
- Issue Proforma Invoices (PI) for all HS orders across designated categories and branches.
- Ensure timely issuance of Purchase Orders (PO) aligned with approved SP schedules.
- Raise PO / BL / SA EP promptly where necessary for HS orders across all branches.
Process Optimization & Reporting
- Automate and validate order tracking sheets for real-time accuracy.
- Implement structured communication schedules with factories and internal teams.
- Conduct weekly and monthly audits to ensure compliance and identify process improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Strong understanding of order management and product lifecycle processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (GSCP experience preferred).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
